Digital literacy in old age<\/strong>
\nfree for people from 65 years<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Digital Literacy for the Elderly program, a collaboration of NOESIS with the Independent Directorate of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Support of the Region of Central Macedonia, in an easy, understandable and entertaining way acquaints the trainees over 65 years old in basic processes. and other digital applications.<\/p>\n

Within the framework of the program, educational seminars will be implemented that will take place both in the premises of NOESIS, and in the premises of the Municipalities and Communities of the Regional Unit of Thessaloniki, but also in KAPI.<\/p>\n

Seminars at NOESIS – from October 2021 to February 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n

Content of the seminar<\/strong>
\nDuring the course, basic tasks performed electronically using a computer or other compatible portable device (eg mobile phone, tablet) will be analyzed.<\/p>\n

Participants will learn, among other things, to issue responsible statements, authorizations, activate the possibility of intangible prescribing or to issue municipal certificates or notarial deeds. Also, the way of processing requests through a video conference with a representative of KEP (MyKEPLive) will be presented.<\/p>\n

The aim of the program is for those interested to become familiar with electronic media and to be able to use them to communicate via the internet both with the services and organizations, as well as with their relatives, or their doctor.<\/p>\n

Program of the seminar<\/strong>
\nThe seminars take place every month, Friday, 16.30-19.30.<\/p>\n

The program of the seminar in detail:
\n16.30- 17.30: Tour of the Museum of Technology
\n17.30-18.15: 1st teaching hour
\n18.15- 18.30: Break
\n18.30- 19.15: 2nd teaching hour<\/p>\n

It is clarified that during the seminar the other public spaces of NOISIS (screening rooms, exhibitions, shops) do not operate.<\/p>\n

Dates of implementation of seminars<\/strong>
\nIn November 2021 seminars will be held on the following dates:
\n– Friday 1\/4
\n– Friday 8\/4
\n– Friday 15\/4<\/p>\n

At the end of each month, the implementation dates of the seminars for the next one will be announced.<\/p>\n

To participate in the seminar, the following demonstration is required: a) vaccination certificate b) disease certificate c) negative rapid test result forty eight (48) hours, in combination with a police ID or driver’s license or passport or other proof of identity, in order to carry out a verification check. The use of a mask is mandatory in all areas, as well as the observance of distances.<\/p>\n
