{"id":21753,"date":"2023-01-26T09:26:18","date_gmt":"2023-01-26T07:26:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.noesis.edu.gr\/donation-of-a-telescope-to-support-the-activities-of-noesis\/"},"modified":"2023-01-26T09:26:18","modified_gmt":"2023-01-26T07:26:18","slug":"donation-of-a-telescope-to-support-the-activities-of-noesis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.noesis.edu.gr\/en\/donation-of-a-telescope-to-support-the-activities-of-noesis\/","title":{"rendered":"Donation of a telescope to support the activities of NOESIS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NOESIS would like to warmly thank Andreas Dracopoulos and Anna Kynthia Bousdoukou for the personal donation of the Celestron NexStar 8 SE telescope, with the aim of enhancing the educational activities of the institution.<\/p>\n<p>NOESIS will use this telescope for educational and research purposes, in collaboration with the European Space Education Resource Office, which is an educational axis of the European Space Agency (ESA) and with which NOESIS has signed a Memorandum of Understanding.<\/p>\n<p>It will also be included in educational activities at the modern Astroobservation Station of NOESIS in collaboration with the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
