NOESIS, always a pioneer, organized on Sunday, September 24, 2023, the first festival of extracurricular STEAM activities for children 4-14 years old.<\/p>\n

In the crowded area of the Center, more than 2000 visitors were present, in an event where children were the protagonists. With enthusiasm and interaction, they toured together with their parents and were informed by exhibitors about the possibilities offered to them to enhance their knowledge with STEAM extracurricular activities.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>More than 25 exhibitors, local institutions, companies, KDAP, schools and of course NOESIS, presented the core of STEAM education and the skills of the future. This was only the beginning, since STEAMLAND will become an institution for Thessaloniki.<\/p>\n

All parallel workshops were constantly full of children and parents, offering exciting experiments, entertainment and knowledge to the little friends of science and art, who participated with enthusiasm.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>At the same time, NOESIS activities operated with screenings at the Planetarium, the Cosmotheater, the Simulator and visits to the Museum of Technology.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Part of the proceeds of the event will be donated to support the work of Down Syndrome Greece, as well as to support flood victims in Thessaly.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The event did not miss the distinguished guests, such as: Nikos Tzollas, Regional Councilor of the University of Macedonia, Executive Director in Innovation, the President of the Board of Directors of NOESIS Mrs. Stella Bezergianni, the President of the Hellenic Museum of Technology and Vice-President of the Board of Directors of NOESIS Mr. George Vlachogiannis, the Secretary General of the Board of Directors of NOESIS Mr. Akrivos Kakabegas, and the member of the Board of Directors Mr. Panagiotis Giannakoudakis, the Director of Secondary Education of Western Thessaloniki Mr. Christos Roubidis, the Deputy Secretary of Productive Sectors of New Democracy Mr. Yiannis Roukas, the Volunteerism Coordinator of HelpHellas Mrs. Dimitra Gerogianni, as well as teachers, businessmen, journalists and well-known academics and friends of the NOESIS team.<\/p>\n

STEAMLAND 23 was completed with great success, making an appointment for next year with the organization STEAMLAND 24!<\/p>\n
