Announcement of members of the Presidium of the 16th Student Conference on Computer Science. Invitation to participate in Training Seminars within the framework of the Conference activities<\/strong><\/p>\n

We would like to inform you of the program, with the addition of presidencies, of the 16th Student Conference on Informatics of Central Macedonia, which will be held on 2, 3, 4 and 5 April 2024 at the Conference Center “N. Economou” (NOESIS – Science Center and Technology Museum).<\/p>\n

We also invite primary and secondary education teachers to participate in Training Seminars-Lectures, which will take place within the framework of the conference and in parallel events-actions.<\/p>\n

The topics of the Training Seminars – Lectures are the following:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Tuesday, April 2, 2024, 11:30 – 12:00
\nLecture entitled “Informatics – Myths and Reality” at NOESIS Conference Center by Mr. Gounari Anastasios, Associate Professor at the Department of Informatics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Member of the Board of Directors of NOESIS.
\nIt is addressed to teachers of all specialties of Primary and Secondary Education as well as to students.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Tuesday 2 April 2024, 18.00 – 18.45
\nOnline Training Seminar on: “Oracle Academy: Take advantage of the free IT skills development training program for students and teachers!”.
\nSpeaker: Ms. Eleni Tsipa, Oracle Academy Programme Manager, GCMM cluster, Oracle Hellas.
\nIt is addressed to teachers of all specialties of Primary & Secondary Education.
\nThe seminar will be repeated in person on Wednesday, April 3rd at 10.30 am at the NOESIS library.<\/p>\n

\nWebinar on “Artificial Intelligence: Data Analytics \u2013 Preprocessing” by teacher Ioannis Almalis, PE86 from EPAL of Sindos.
\nIt is addressed to teachers of all specialties of Secondary Education.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Thursday 4 April 2024 at 17:00 – 19.00
\nOnline Workshop entitled “Three-dimensional Design of a Robot – with applications in Education” by the Laboratory of Didactics of Physics and Educational Technology of the School of Physics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Professor X. Polatoglou. Laboratory Associate and Education Consultant PE81: Anthoula Maidou.
\nIt is addressed to teachers of all specialties of Primary & Secondary Education.<\/p>\n

Registration for all the above actions will be made electronically on the conference website www.mathitiko-synedrio.gr<\/a> The Online Platform for the Seminars will open on the morning of Friday, March 29, 2024. The participation of teachers is voluntary and free of charge. It is possible to participate in more than 1 seminar for each teacher. Participants in the training seminars will be given certificates of attendance.<\/p>\n

The Student Conference on Computer Science has the approval of the Ministry of Education with Ref. \u03a615.1\/131883\/\u03942 16-11-2023 and has been placed under the auspices of the Ministry of Interior (Macedonia \u2013 Thrace) and the Ministry of Digital Governance. Media sponsor of the event is the public television ERT.<\/p>\n
