Ειδικότερα: Το ωράριο της υπηρεσίας φύλαξης καθημερινά είναι 18:00 - 07:00 για τις ημέρες Δευτέρα έως και Πέμπτη. Ειδικά για την Παρασκευή και τα Σαββατοκύριακα, το πρόγραμμα διαμορφώνεται ως εξής: Παρασκευή: 18:00-11:00 Σάββατο: 19:00-11:00 Κυριακή: 19:00-07:00 Τις αργίες το ωράριο της υπηρεσίας φύλαξης θα τροποποιείται ανάλογα με το ωράριο λειτουργίας του ΚΔΕΜΤ. Για την εκτέλεση των υπηρεσιών προβλέπεται η παρουσία δύο (2) φυλάκων που θα εκτελούν υπηρεσία στις εγκαταστάσεις του ΚΔΕΜΤ και σύμφωνα με τις Τεχνικές Προδιαγραφές. Ο Ανάδοχος οφείλει να τηρεί τις υποχρεώσεις που απορρέουν από την εργατική, κοινωνικοασφαλιστική και περιβαλλοντική νομοθεσία. Η Αναθέτουσα Αρχή δύναται να καταγγείλει μονομερώς τη σύμβαση σε περίπτωση διαπίστωσης σοβαρών παραβάσεων.
