Summer at NOESIS! A unique summer experience combining technology, science, and entertainment!
This summer, from June 23 through September 4, we look forward to welcoming you to NOESIS with new operating hours and a variety of activities that enrich our regular program of screenings and exhibitions.
Activities (starting Wednesday, July 1)
Free afternoon guided tour of the new exhibition “Technology – The Tools That Changed the World”*
Visitors to the new temporary exhibition have the opportunity to delve deeper into the history of great inventions by participating in daily afternoon guided tours. Free guided tour is included in the admission price.
Tuesday through Sunday, at:
• 4:30 p.m. – Guided tour in English
• 5:30 p.m. – Guided tour in Greek
* A minimum of 8 participants is required for the tour to take place.
Brain Lab: Are you up for the challenge?
In the main lobby of NOESIS, visitors have the opportunity to explore the largest collection of mathematical brain teasers and mind-bending puzzles in Greece. The Brain Lab is organized in collaboration with Mr. Christos Kevrekidis and offers an interactive space for intellectual challenges for all ages.
• Free admission for all visitors.
• Tuesday through Sunday, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Digital Treasure Hunt
Holders of a one-day ticket can turn their visit to the Museum of Technology into an interactive adventure. Using smartphones, participants locate and scan special QR codes throughout the Museum, answering scientific riddles along the way. Available in Greek and English.
• Free participation (for holders of a day pass).
• Prize: Valid entries are entered into a drawing held every 4 weeks, with a prize of a €50 gift certificate for the NOESIS E-Shop.
Special afternoon offer at the Planetarium
An afternoon visit to NOESIS can be combined with a digital journey through the universe. For the summer season, a special reduced general admission price of 3.5€ has been introduced, valid exclusively for the afternoon screening of “From Earth to the Universe” at 5:05 p.m. at the Planetarium.
