NOESIS participates in Researcher’s Night 2023

NOESIS participates in the Researcher’s Night and will be located in the “Reading Room” of the Athens Concert Hall (M2), where this year’s event takes place.

Its participation includes:
– Installation for the promotion of the institution and the weekend educational programs.
– Presentation of the science show “The wheel of nature”, for ages 9 to 99.
Hours: 18:30, 19:30 and 20:30.

As part of the science show “The Wheel of Nature” we will learn what it is like to fall into quicksand, how we can play table tennis without the classic rackets and how colored fireworks are made. It’s time to spin the wheel, discover the four elements of nature and through impressive experiments to (re)cognize, the characteristics and properties of air, water, earth and fire.

Free admission.

European Researchers’ Night
European Researchers’ Night is a pan-European public event that showcases the diversity of science and its impact on citizens’ daily lives in fun, inspiring ways. The audience will meet researchers and discover the fascinating world of science in a fun and interactive environment. Children, young people, young people and families will have the opportunity to discover research, science and innovation through a wide range of activities, such as hands-on experiments, games, quizzes, competitions, exhibitions and digital applications.

This year, the event will take place simultaneously in 26 countries on Friday, September 29, 2023 and 7 cities from Greece are participating: Thessaloniki, Athens, Larissa, Patras, Heraklion, Rethymno and Mytilene.
